Reign Over Me

I'm not really sure where to post this but here goes. Tonight I saw the movie Reign Over Me and at one point in the movie the main characters go into a music store. Guess what I happen to see on the wall. Yes, that's right, a Marty Casey and Lovehammers poster is right there on the wall for everyone to see. That definitely made my night.

THanks.[/quote]Me neither, It sucks, I keep asking for it everywhere, and they say they don't have it, one store had it and I left it in front and then chatted with the dude at the counter to look up the Lovehammers...and the rest is history dvd, and he said the computer didn't even show having their cd and I told the dude it is in here and right up front.

AWESOME! I bet a ton of people will see that movie. I know I really want to. Isa, in it Adam Sandler's character lost everything in 9/11 and I think it's his old college roommate (I think Don Cheadle plays him) that tries to pull him out of the despair from that day and back into life. It looks like a really good film. I love the scene in the promo where Sandler comes over and is asking his roommates wife if he can go out...like a kid asking if their friend can come out to play.

I have something to report on the finding the CD front.

I went to Hastings at Poplar Bluff last night and they only had one copy, which I promptly decided to buy so I'd have a copy on hand to distribute...had sent all the ones I had out in the campaign. Well, I get up to the register, and the cashier girl is all like "When did this come out? I watched him on Rockstar INXS and he was my favorite. I was bummed when he didn't win...etc." I just told her its been out for a while. She said she wasn't aware or she would have it already, and I told her she should get it because it is really good...then added that I'm glad he didn't win because now he's back with the LH and she made a comment about INXS going down the tubes sort of after that one song (in her opinion).

I told her about the sites, so maybe she'll join the legions of fangirls here, but I mean...she was working in the CD STORE and was not aware of the album which has been out since when...January??? or even longer???

Whenever I get a store survey form to complete I let them know if they did not have the Lovehammers CD under the section regarding what I was looking for but could not find!!!!!

Interesting Cheza on your experience. It amazes me how no one but me around here knows them, no matter how many people I chat with. Just is disappointing at how good they are.

Oh that movie, I was thinking it was gonna be sad and didnt want to see it, but dang if there is a poster of Lovehammers in it, I GOT TO GO SEE IT....no matter how much I will probably cry in it. Just remember to take kleenex and sunglasses.
