The photos I shot for Stonecutter Records at the Acoustic Chicago release party at Joe's are up at their site, in the Gallery! www.stonecutterrecords.com/galleryflash.htm There are 3 galleries there--mine are the 2 from November 21, 2007. Not sure whose pics the Sept. 2 shots are. You may also wish to add BBE Photography as a MySpace friend if you haven't done so already. They will be appearing there soon, too.

Nancy, you did a fantastic job!!!! The spirit and the energy of the show are right in your pictures!!! I can only imagine how much work and time you've spent to do it! Next time I'm going to take away your camera for a moment so you can actually enjoy the show!

Next time I'm going to take away your camera for a moment so you can actually enjoy the show! Ooooo, don't say that, even as a joke! I would not advise anyone to lay their hands on my camera at a show--it wouldn't be pretty. Anyway, when I'm there to see the show and shoot pics for fun and practice, I do make sure that I rock out and enjoy it. At the NYE show, I only took about 70 pics, and the rest of the time I was going bonkers to the music. At the Acoustic Chicago release party, I was hired to do a job, and that's what I did. I shot over 1000 pics that night. My job was to capture the images of the event. Enjoyment of the show was secondary to what I was getting paid for.
