I am Laura from the Uk!!!

I followed Rock Star INXS from the first episode and wanted Marty to win !!! I was lucky enough to get hold of the Rock Star INXS DVD - and I love it. Especially as it has Marty's amazing version of Creep on there.

I hope the band pay us a visit soon !!! The UK needs to see the Lovehammers !!!

Hi Everyone,

Another English fan of Marty & LH's here! Very similar story as many others, i.e Marty captivated me through the VH1 RS:INXS show and the rest is history!!

A friend purchased me the RS:INXS DVD for Christmas and I've pre-ordered the new CD.

Longing to see the guys perform live - hopefully they will get more exposure in Europe and enough European demand to play venues over this side of the pond :o)

The UK needs some Lovehammers action!!

Hi Everyone! My name is Marliese and I'm new to this forum. I've been a Marty fan since the 1st episode of rockstar inxs. And been a lovehammers fan since a couple weeks after that. Some my other favorite bands are cutting jade, q public, dwave, wickhead, pestroy, 16stitch and saving jane. Hello, there. Love this site and so much appreciate all the hard work that's gone into making it what it is. It's been my lifeline since RS:INXS ended in September. I also just LOVE looking at all the pictures ... Have NO clue how any of you manage to create such fab stuff and then actually post it. Thank you for this daily treat.

I live in Arlington, VA ... Am totally excited about seeing the LH and INXS at the Warner on 18 February. (And get to go alone -- hurrah! If this sounds weird, it's only because I almost never go out at night anymore without husband and son so this will be a return to a younger me for at least few hours.)

I started watching RS:INXS from the start and Marty had me at Lithium. I'm both a big Lou Reed fan and a worshipper at the shrine of Peter O'Toole. I see both of these fellows in Mr. Casey and then, just to make it even better, Marty manages to be completely himself.

Am also so relieved to have discovered that I truly enjoy the Lovehammers. Would have been a big bummer to see Marty get runner-up status and return to a band that didn't appeal to me.

hello, im slepper, messed up on the name, it is supposed to be after the lovehammers song sleeper, anyways, im from kansas city, i got ticket to there concert when they come here, i loved marty, was kind of sad when he lost, and i have a question, do you guys have a place called signature request, cause i was wondering if someone would be nice enought to make 1 for me. thanks.

The only thing about sigs, is you have to post them in your posts, because for whatever reason, you can't put pics in your profile sig. But you can always post a request in Creativity Vault.

I'm not really new here. You might say I'm a reincarnation of whitelotus.

I would like to explain why I have metamorphosed. And believe me, I don't want to get the whole discussion of the interview with Dino, Bobby, and Billy going again. But it has been the catalyst for this change.

I got really upset at all the goings on between this board and lovehammers.com. Most of the people on both sites are great. However, things started getting out of hand with some people and I freaked-out.

I don't want to be angry, but I must admit I got really MAD when these folks took it upon themselves to be disrespectful and hurtful to other fans.

Anyway, sometimes I over react. I deleted my accounts at both sites. The goings on actually scared me. In my system of belief (no I don't want to start a religious discussion) a person should avoid watering "seeds" of intolerance and anger. And man, my seeds were definitely watered. I think I was seeing double! I was afraid I was going to start doing some "watering" of my own.

None the less, I really missed my Lovehammers fix. I hope I can be a member on this board again. I am most comfortable here, so I would like for this to be my only Lovehammers home.

I've "brought" a dakini with me. Seeing her reminds me that I am protected. She looks scary, but every thing is symbolic. If anyone can tell me how to put her image in my signature (if it's possible), I'd appreciate it.

I understand where you're coming from here. You're certainly welcome, and as far as putting her in your signature, it's not possible at the time, you'd have to copy/paste her every time you posted.
