Hey there ladies!!! Happy to report that I have finally restocked the bar...not an easy task in the middle of a 38 degree heatwave!! That ceiling fan is useless in this heat with everyone hanging off it and slowing it down. You ladies are craaaaaazy!!! It's like a bloody zoo in here sometimes....sheesh!!! You will all be happy to know that I have organised a cleaner to come in every morning to clean up the joint. JD wasn't returning my calls on this one.  Thanks for the bbq Lizzie...We all like the odd sausage or three don't we ladies....yummo...just don't forget to bring the sauce next time Lizzie...I like a bit of sauce on my sausage. Oooooookayyyyy....Now, drink up ladies...Marty is leaving so lets all give him a big hug and send him off to go storm the world of music and shake things up.  Oh Ing, you lucky girl...you got one of those nice yummo Mmmmmmarty hugs...must be the 90% thing going on there mate...its my turn now...OUT THE WAY!!! Dani |

Hey chk, Just LOVE Clouds. One of my fave songs. Really like the new CD and think the unknowing public will love it too. There are several songs that I still prefer the older version of tho, including Riddle, Call of Distress and Tunnel. Would've preferred Trees with more 'go' in it, it is a little bit tame but only time will tell with sales. Hel I did not see RS INXS until very late in the series. I accidentally recorded it (set the timer for 2 hours instead of one). I believe it was WYWH when I first saw Marty. After checking out the RS message boards, I read about his band and had to get MOMM right then and by some miracle they had it at Best Buys. The Tunnel from MOMM was the very first LH tune that I heard from the Love hammers. The impact of that version made me a true Love hammers fan. That was when I absolutely knew that Marty belonged with the Love hammers and not INXS. I like this version too. The MOMM version of the Tunnel and Call of Distress will always be my favorite versions. This whole experience has been one big "coincidence" after another. "By mistake", I just happened to record RS INXS that night. Best Buys had MOMM that very day. My oldest son was born on the exact same day as Marty Casey. I just happened to stop by the Aussie message boards and found some truly dear friends that I feel that I have known forever. I just happened to send away my passport for renewal and it arrives on the exact same day as my Lovehammers shirt order. It's a bit freaky....but in a good way. I'm lovin' it. You guys rock! Hey Den, Couldn't agree more, have met some of the BEST people eva on this forum and wouldn't trade it for the world. I watched RS:INXS from ep 1 and was captured by Marty and Mig, Mig is still a fave but just doesn't have the ' Marty effect' on me. I think I liked Mig also cause he was the only Aussie. He was too nice to be lead singer of INXS, they needed a bit of a bad boy to go with MH image. So glad they didn't pick our Marty!! Can't wait to find out how the first concert went in Canada, still no word yet! Aren't our new digs the greatest!? Just love 'em, my second home. Hel. |

Thanks for the link to the album - was it you Denise who gave us the link? Managed to listen to a couple of songs before my real player froze. Ditto on Casualty, I like the beginning part of the song. Wonder if they'll release a music video? |

Uh...Gaia? What is all of that printer ink still doing on your tongue? It can't be good for you. I thought you were going to laminate that Marty collage picture so you wouldn't have to keep printing new ones. BTW: I got your CD over the weekend. It is such a fun listen. Thanks so much! Den , I was scrolling back and just saw this - sorry I missed it earlier. Was all bug-eyed from the migraine and stress. Uh er what printer ink *feigns wide-eyed innocence*  I licked through the lamination hehheehhe. Glad you liked the CD. I love Queen's dramatic sounds. Am listening to the album at VH1 now - Resistance...persistence. Yeah, as if we have any resistance left when it comes to mmmMarty. I like Velvet, Casuality, Yes it Do, The Clinic... I like the way Marty enunciates his words while singing. Sounds a bit like those European bands. Oh yeah, apologies to ingt for wrongly accrediting the link to Denise. I had to look twice when I first saw this....from far away it looks like something you would find in one of those hellfire bondage clubs. Not that I have been in one....But what a relief it's only a home gym. Hey Gael - fabulous idea about the mirror - and love the candles - the place looks sensational!!
Dani girl - a Marty muscle-fest - wooo hoooo. I totally love those bulging muscles of his - the bigger the better I say.
Perhaps we could all take in turns rubbing that sports cream into his dreamy gorgeous skin - can I go first this time - please?
Morning chk - *clunk* - no bottoms up this morning - definitely coffee time - drank too much chards with the barbie last night. Has anyone cleaned it this morning - I'll give it a scrape down after work.
Denise - mate - we are in the middle of the most incredible heatwave - will waft some really hot air your way later today when I walk the doggies. Pats for little Oscar.
Helen - hope the horses are staying cool mate - love to little Trees.
INGT - WAKE UP - you'll be late for work *clunk* have made you a coffee - it's by the Bar - next to the empty chards bottles.
