My guess is that they don't allow anything resembling a marketing ploy such as putting a URL to a website with a commercial interest. Many forums don't allow people to come on and plug stuff so I'm sure Itunes would be that way too. Otherwise people would say things all the time like x band sucks, try the LH, go to their site now etc...

Anyhow, I'm sure our US compatriots are doing their level best to download the single.
