Does anyone else agree that the musicians in Supernova are better musicians than INXS? I love hearing their new tracks. I'm looking forward to their music. I just wish I was excited about the rockers.

You know the best thing about seeing Jason on stage last week? His enthusiasm! He was so hyped just to be playing music! That is cool. I can't get the stinking videos to play for me. I'm going to try another browser. |

I liked Dilana's group and Magni's group. I can't decide which I liked better.

I loved the music. Good to see the rockers behaved themselves this week in song selection.

I had a bitch of a time getting it to play, but it ended up being my internet connection. I rebooted the computer and then it worked fine. This was a good reality episode! I liked the lengthy time spent on the clinc. And the song selection for tomorrow night is intriguing. I'm ready!  |

I really wish they'd STOP regurgitating last years songs.......... 'I alone' was the first performance I saw from Marty.......... I remember saying to myself "Wow........who the F*** is this guy!!.........he's gonna be godamn superstar" Because of that it is that particular performance that hooked me.............. Ryan is going to sing it? ? I can't watch.....  ....I need a drink......   |

I'm with ya, Stiletto! "I Alone" was my first Marty Moment, too, and I was hooked. I remember thinking as he started, "Well, he's either really wierd or he's really good." When he jumped up in the air before the second chorus, I knew the answer.
As soon as the performance was over, I got onto iTunes and downloaded Live's greatest hits just so I could hear the song again. Little did I know that I would become a total nutjob over this guy.

Unfortunately I think the show has a limited song selection from which to choose from. I have been dreading hearing the songs Marty made his own butchered by this group. Alas, it will most likely come to pass.

I'm hoping that Ryan will suck at I Alone...so that he can go home. (I know he won't be nearly as good as Marty -- not even in the same category.) I want to send about half of them home though. I guess that wouldn't make much of a series, huh? ;D

Rich & I were talking about the "I Alone" performance by Marty last night.... I must have replayed that 2 dozen times last season. THAT performance had me hooked!!! I had only seen Marty the previous week - it's been down hill ever since  Of course I mean that in a very good way!!  There is only ONE Marty Casey!!  |

My first time weighing in here on RS SN. I swore I wasn't going to watch it this year but thought I should watch for a Marty sighting and now I'm sort of hooked. I like the atmosphere better than last year - it seems more fun and the SN guys (and Dave) are honest, if not mean sometimes. But, they seem to really like what they're doing and interacting with the contestants. Tommy is really great being himself.
Favorite is Magni by far. Love his voice, his moves, his attitude, looks, and unpretentious style. Also think he'd fit with the SN guys. He's got some mischief in the eyes. But, he should keep the shades off, I agree.
The woman who I could see with them is Storm (not sure why yet) or Dilana. I like Dilana but her extreme stares and over-the-top moves are too much for me. And, I'm not sold on her voice. It's good but I'm just not crazy about it. Lukas's pretentiousness (he is to me anyway) is distracting. He's so dressed up; I can't see him through the get up.
Magni's and Dilana's groups were amazing with their original songs.
I Alone should be interesting but there's no equal to Marty. I loved Live's version when it came out but Marty made it even more intense and there was no doubt what that song was about. I first saw Marty at WAWO and my husband and I just listened and then looked at each other dumbfounded. That's when I went back to the performance videos to catch the ones I missed and I never looked back. I hope he makes some appearance here this season. If the RS gods are listening...please bring us a little Marty sometime this season.
