I have some friends who thought the "run" bit out of Marty's range, but I agree with you on the intensity of the performance. It's one of my personal favorite performances from Rockstar.

This brings back so many wonderful RSINXS memories. I remember when we were voting for Marty's encore performance. I wanted so much to vote for Creep except I also felt voting for Trees would help to validate Marty's writing talents. I voted for Trees even though I preferred the Creep performance. Trees won the encore and the rest is history.  Den |

Yeah Den, I remember that. We sent out an email to all member subscribed to Marty's email list at that time encouraging them to vote for "Trees" We wanted to get him that encore so badly for his own song.

Thanks, boony! It's funny. I went over to RBL a while back and post some Marty luuurve and got fussed at for doing it. I just tend to go and look and vote now. But I'm glad others are posting pics. I'm enjoying seeing the Toby photos, too! Well dont let that stop you from posting again! You all are more then welcome to stop by and chat with us toby peeps. And Marty pics are always welcome! |

I have to say that I think Toby rocks too and he was my definite fave of RS:S2 I agree Den, Marty's Creep was awesome and all this voting and meeting new people is like da-ja-vu and soooooo much fun. Key I love the 'run' bit of Creep. I watched the reality episode again (the one after Marty performed Creep) and MiG praised his performance and said they were all hanging on the notes and said how blown away they were by his performance. Our rockstar totally rocked that song!! |

Ok people....start getting you thinking caps on. We need to go out and find more people to vote for Marty this week. It looks like the Lukas fans have finally come to play and he is going to get so many votes this week, it will be hard to beat him based on all the new folks showing up from his message boards to vote. And then JD beat us last week. So what that means if these two get more votes than Marty this week, he will hit the bottom three. WE CAN NOT LET THAT HAPPEN! So I need each of you voting to go out and find at LEAST three more family members, friends, co-workers, etc. to vote for Marty this week. We need him to stay in the top two to survive this week. Please get all the LH fans and fans from every other fan community to vote as well and ask them to recruit family, friends, etc. This is a critical task. Please and thank you! I just registered at lhfanclub, maybe I'll get an email confirmation soon - must be some glitch with yours, Cheza. I just voted and Marty is in 3rd place!  JD is #1 with 26 votes, then Lukas with 16 and Marty with 13. I know that lots of people will be voting later, but yikes!! I wish I had more folks to contact...I don't have a significant other or kids in my house, my sisters aren't catching the Marty fever and everybody I know already votes. I'll keep trying to think of something... |
