WHAT'S UP! WE DID IT! Against all odds and fighting an uphill battle thru 79 mile an hour winds and ferocious fantastics, we pulled ahead and crossed the finish line in style with a Effin Black Cherry Martini in one hand and one of Bobby's broken drum sticks in the other just in case the competition got to close. I know, we seem happy and harmless but when it comes to fighting we know how to attack in numbers.

But on a serious note everyone, I wanna thank you for really digging in and making this happen. It's fun to look back once in awhile and reel thru the great memories from Rockstar: INXS and also remember feeling for the singers on the next season thinking "Aw man, I know just how they feel right now". For the past 2 1/2 years I have not taken the time to sit down and watch the season that I was on. My family always asked why I didn't want to watch and I felt I would know the right time to do that. I wanted to step away from it all and just be in the now and not get caught up in the past. When I heard about this contest last week I got to see some of the great performances from my year. It made me miss my days in that mansion. Just the absolute non-reality of living in the spotlight for 15 weeks but never knowing what was going on in the outside world. Sequestered away from the world while millions were watching. It's all so crazy. It does feel like I was abducted by aliens. You land in LA in July feeling like that kid from Chicago that you are and 15 weeks later they release you into a wild new world. You still feel like the same kid but many of those around you act a little differently. I was an intricate observer. I wanted to know why things had changed. I knew better than to know I was anything "special". More like short bus to grade school special. It might just be time to watch the show. Does anyone have it on DVD?

It was and still is SUCH an amazing ride. For me, for the band, for the friends and fans. This win solidifies what we all know allready, that Hammerheads know what they like and know how to get it. I can't wait to hug each and every one of you for earning this honor for not just me but for all of us.

WOW...what a wonderful and exciting win for Marty on the RBL Rock Star: All-Stars! It was nail biting right to the very last minute! I kept waiting at the end of the night for that "colossal" last hour surge, it didn't happen...whew!!! A huge thanks to all those involved and especially those dedicated fans who posted pictures relentlessly week after week for all of our enjoyment. Truly amazing to see. The unbelievable friendship from the Mig girls in supporting Marty right until the last minute was such a gift.

A special thanks to you Cindy for working so endlessly to get the fans out to vote and I didn't mind your pleading emails. Finally you will get to go to bed early tonight!! AND to you Cheryl...what a brilliant mind you have to come up with this fabulous contest in the first place. Your dedication and team spirit was felt by all of us who participated! The post from Mr Casey at RBL this morning and the 2nd one here at mc.org today made it all worthwhile. His words of appreciation, humble demeanor and such humour will surely endear him to all those new fans who have discovered his talent!

Thanks Marty for all you do for us by bringing us into your world of music, i've had the ride of my life the last few years! and if it wasn't for RS i wouldn't have found all this great talent out there or friends that i have made along the way .....i love discovering new music, it's my passion and living outside of philadelphia has been a great opportunity to see lots of great uknown talented artists!

I can't wait to party again with my friends and the band. It's going to be one hell of a party March 14th!

Hey Marty,

Most of us watching the show never doubted for an instant that you were the REAL winner of RockStar: INXS. I think the band picked JD because he would blend better. I want to think that INXS knew you were a star on your own, with just a slight nudge from them helping you to develop and improve upon yourself during that show's run.

I also never doubted that you would win the RBL contest. We MC fans will fight always to show the world how talented and special you are....Congratulations!
