Hank is our resident feline. He's an 8 year-old white and orange DSH. He's very affectionate with me, but has little interest in other humans. He's the neighbourhood bruiser and is always looking for a fight with any cat that dares to come into "his" yard. When I go on vacation, my poor little guy has to spend his time in isolation at the kitty hotel. He's too belligerent for the general population (he doesn't play well with others). Hank is a big pussy when it comes to children, though. He's TERRIFIED of them. The smaller they are, the more freaked out he gets. Just the sound of my 4 year-old niece's footsteps on the stairs is enough to make him cower in the corner and cry/howl. He doesn't deal well with lightning storms/ hurricanes either. I adore him.

All my dog Oscar says is "Woowooo..woowoowoo..woowoowoowoo.....woowoowoo." I think he is saying, "I really gotta go....let me out now... and when I get back I want a Scooby Snack...no, make that 2 Scooby Snacks."

OK, I replied to this thread very early on about my Welsh ponies but never posted any photos. As many other folks have now added photos I thought I might share a few with you as well. These 2 are of Wally, the grey 2 year old purebred gelding and Phoebe, the 3 year old palomino purebred filly. If you like these I can post some more of the other ponies. Cheers, Helen. ;D

Aussiefan, Love the pic's of your ponie's. They are Beautiful! Please share more pic's with us. We used to have some horses on our farm when the kid's were little, but sold them a few year's back. When life slow's down just a bit more we would like to get some ponies to add to our farm.

Sparkysdream - Lola is gorgeous!!!!!! She and Binky would make quite the couple! Well...since his um..operation..Binky hasnt really been too interested in anything other than my blankets, but I am sure once he saw her, it would be love at first sight!
Rockbeast - No...Budgy hasnt shown any signs of romantic interest in anything yet..thank goodness. Although, I must say that it is awfully disconcerting this sudden infatuation with me, but I am still getting used to a pet that has no issue with dropping little "gifts" on me all the time...if you know what I mean. EWW. I have to carry a tissue and santizing gel with me now wherever I go.
Everyone's pets here are so beautiful. Aussiefan, your horses are the loveliest horses I think I have ever seen! Teakay - I crack up every time I see your Doxie.

My doxie doesn't usually wear a jacket. A good friend of mine had just gotten a small dog and was totally into the clothing thing. She talked me into getting him that. I think that's the only time he wore it. He hated it. Because his legs are short, it makes him walk like an armadillo. Too funny. My daughter just happened to be lucky enough to get that shot of him.

I have a cat...she's, like, at least 10-12 years old (but I think she's older, I can't remember). Her name is Stratus 'cause when she was little she looked the cloud.

Everyone's animals are gorgeous. The horses are beautiful. Tooks, show us a pic of your nebulous kitty. Here's my Hank. I posted his bio a few pages back, but he's so darn handsome, I'm adding his photo now.
