I would have to say "Purple Rain" by Prince. I saw him perform it live in 2004 and it was one of the greatest few minutes of my life.
I've always liked him and assumed he would have a good show, but it was phenomenal. Seeing him perform, for me, was almost like a religious experience. Best concert I have ever been to and dont think it can be topped.
Love the Black Crowes too. I've loved John Mellencamp since I was about nine but the Chevy commercial thing really, really let me down.

A song that I would say is one of my favorites is "Hey Jealousy" by Gin Blossoms. That's weird because there are a couple of songs on L'Strange that kind of have the Gin Blossoms feel to them IMO. Namely Throw My Head and Confusion. I don't think I could even begin to name my favorite all-time songs. One of them that has always stuck in my head though is "How Soon Is Now" by the Smiths. |

Heard an old friend again this morning . . . She Sells Sanctuary - The Cult. Still does it for me  I agree I love that song, I saw the Cult loads of times in the 80`s. I also love Live forever and Wonderwall by Oasis, anything by the Smiths , London Calling by The Clash  |
