mine is from the movie + book the virgin suicides, the main character's name is lux and at one point her sisters call her luxie. its my favorite movie/book, plus its a cute name and rarely taken =)

my screen name came from a classmate that new of my obsession for the cure...i was always running here and there and climbing on the walls during sensory motor lab (kines) and he would sing the line "flicka , flicka, flicka here you are, caterpillar girl." being that my nickname is kat(y) and i'm a girl ...just sort of stuck

The story behind mine isnt that exciting lol, but my screen name came from the first 2 words of the song 'Hate this Place' by the goo goo dolls, its been one of my favorite songs for years  ~Christine |

I have a great picture of my 3 daughters playing in the surf at the ocean that sits on my computer desk. So I used the first name that came to mind.
Not to original but I do love the ocean, especially when its stormy.

My screen name means Mother Earth I think. It's very close to my name and I was "christened" by a friend, it kinda stuck as an internet name for me.

Mines not very exciting either. My name is Denise and my family calls me Den Den and my husband's name is Alan - dendenal. Not too creative but easy for me to remember!

In reference to Aussiefan getting the meaning of cfeelvr If you can decipher those funny licence plates........well.......you can figure it out..........I think there was an actual gameshow along the same lines called 'Bumper Stumpers' or something.....  |

Hey stiletto!? Thanks for the info, but what I really want to know is why you picked it. I know, I know, you like to be mysterious and all but please dish. Why Stiletto? It is my first and only cyber name........I had it for three or four years before I joined this site................. I was trying to think of a cool name that noone else had.........started thinking about daggers.........because at the time I was (and still am....lol) into an online first person shooter game called Delta Force:Land Warrior...........and voila.......Stiletto popped into my head and the rest is history.......... I've no idea when the shoe thing started.......probaly about 5 minutes after I got online with the new name.......lol Now it has become a somewhat household name to all of the friends I've been fortunate enough to meet from all over the world...........it has been a truly amazing experience for me........and continues to be........ And of course.........it will now be emblazened on my shoulder in the form you see below and with me forever............ I go to the tattoo shop this week...........  |

I never put mine in here- so here it is. My user name is actually schoolhouserock- cause I'm a teacher, and, well, I like to rock- (and I loved that show as a kid). But, it was just too long and everyone started calling me schoolhouse and then SHR cause the rest was too long to type so I shortened it and added the ~**~ cause it was so darn pretty. |

BBE stands for "Behind Blue Eyes". I am a BIG fan of The Who. Not only is that one of my favorite songs, it also describes me!
I used that in my user name at Who chatboards in the past.
