Hey Stil......does the subject matter of the tattoo have any significance? Or do we not worry about that? Or Amy is just overthinking this? lol

Hey Stil......does the subject matter of the tattoo have any significance? Or do we not worry about that? Or Amy is just overthinking this? lol Here's what I'm thinking of getting........ Either the 'Stiletto' Or the Tribal Armband which will look something like this The Stiletto has more meaning to me than the armband but poeple keep telling me that it's a phase and if I get a tattoo..........I'll regret it in later years..........but I'm not so sure........

I like the "Stiletto" tattoo idea better than the band. So what if Stiletto is a phase....isn't that why we get tattoos? Aren't they about life's journeys? I choose meaning over aesthetic value. Why get the band if it doesn't have a story behind it?
Ahhhh, I'm just rambling.

Stil, I love the siggy, i think it would make a cool tatt, but gotta admit I voted no. I just have a thing about long-term thinking and tatts bug me. You know how they look really cool when you're young and then when you're not so young they look not so good. And the wrinkles change the word to, i dunno, 'silo'... okay I'm rambling. It's just me. love ya man and really think you should ask Mrs Stiletto.

My girlgonewild is okay with me getting a tattoo.......she just wants to make sure I've thought it through seriously and it is something I really want........whatever I choose to do.......I know she will support me.........

Stil, you're a grown man... I would think that you're beyond the "phases" in life that cast regrets. I do agree that it should have a special meaning for you. You should know that I am known as an instigator in some circles.

You should know that I am known as an instigator in some circles. That she is! That she is! ;D I got a small tattoo on my foot when I was 18 during my freshman year of college. I still love it! Although several of the girls who got them at the same time I did - HATE theirs. I agree with GE. I think you're old enough to know whether or not you want one. Just think it through. Oh, and that arm band one is a little large! I like the stilleto and the size of it!

So...........inquiring minds want to know! What did Mr. and Mrs. Stiletto decide? lol......the debate continues........I have many people still telling me to get it........and many telling me to give my head a good shake.........you should see some of the comments on my forum.......... So no........I don't have it yet........and may never........this is taking longer to decide than I had ever expected.......but it is a big decision so time is really of no matter to me........my arm will be hanging around for a long time if I ever decide to take the plunge.........

since no update... my two cents - the Stiletto sig is the coolest thing - if leaning towards getting a tatoo, it would HAVE to be that!!
