Today I went to the Washington stores on Dino’s list and only Silver Platters has it in stock right now. All stores have it under “Casey.” There are 6 left at Northgate, 4 at Southcenter, and 5 at Bellevue. Bellevue also has MOMM stocked together with MCLH. Northgate listed them as “Marty Casey and the Lovemakers.” That should be fixed now. Easy Street has ordered stock for both stores but they probably won’t arrive by Monday. Someone was at Queen Anne yesterday and requested it, and I did today at West Seattle. West Seattle also has MOMM, under “Lovehammers.” Someone had already been to Cellophane Square and left bumperstickers! I ordered one and they said they ordered some for the store. Probably won’t be in by Monday. Sonic Boom said at this point they would only do special orders so I did one at each store, but I think/hope if enough people go in and ask they will stock it. Towers Records is in the same block as Cellophane Square and they had one left in stock, under “Casey.” They are supposed to be getting more. It was great to see people had already been out - I hope a lot more get to go this weekend!

NoBadDays, that is great! I agree, the more peopel who buy it/ask about it, the more the stores will stock them.
I love hearing about the bumperstickers! Washington state has some great Street Teamers! ;~)

Dino's campaign prompted me to order a CD from Sony and have it sent to my 16 year-old sister back in Michigan. (I hadn't really thought of using her to street team until Nancy mentioned what her daughter was doing. Thanks Nancy. ) Anyway, my lil sis received it today. She emailed me to tell me she LOVES them and put LH.com as her signature on her AIM profile and will do all she can to help promote them!

Being a MiG fan, I only recently became more interested in Marty's music, ordered the CD, and I love it! I played it for a friend and she ordered it too. So you're absolutely right, people just need to hear it. Spreading the word, baby!

Woo Hoo! Excellent, chimigfan and chitowngirl! That's the way to do it! I'm going to give a copy to my brother-in-law. He's into rock (like Motley Crue, etc) so I know he'll love this. My sis is NOT into rock (she likes gospel), but she humors him. :-P lol

Awesome chimigfan!! Welcome to the board, too ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Does anyone have this week's Billboard charts yet? I'm curious to know if we were able to crack the top 200 with the drive.

You have to subscribe to see the 100-200 section of the chart. Does anyone have that info?

Driving to work this morning , I had the Lovehammers CD blasting from my car. I was at a signal, some guy put his head out the window and ask me what I was playing. I said" Trees" by Marty Casey. He said "He is so cool" Made me feel good that others have been listening too. Now I will keep my windows down all the time. Maybe I will get a ticket for playing my music too loud, then I will convert the police man.lol Jean

I haven't exactly done things the way Dino suggested, but I have purchased about 20 CDs and I only have one left! (MINE DAMMIT!) I give them to a few different groups: 1. Cool kids who have influence at school or are really into music (my daughter is in charge of designation) 2. Influential people, like fashion designers and PR directors, (you can see details in Asia Street Team thread) 3. Pass them onto fellow STers, like Mia, who can use them as radio premiums. Listeners call in to win CDs on stations that are playing LH. I really like to do this in places where MCLH is not for sale, which is pretty much all over the region.
