Dawn, I did finally watch Children of Earth! Loved it, even though it was so sad. I really want to know what they are going to come up with next. I don't think they killed off Spike, so that would be fun for him to come back. Hope Capt. Jack comes back, though - I would miss him if he didn't.

I'm glad you managed to see it HY - it was jaw-droppingly good - which we're not used to saying about Torchwood I think there are loads of ideas that could be done about captain Jack & his adventures - its just waiting to see if Russel T Davies wants to do them. I can't remember what happened with the James Marsters character I'm quite sure they didn't kill him off, do you know - all I remember is him kissing John Barrowman! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Jet will know. No doubt she's watched it more times than me!

I've no doubt Russell T will write him into future episodes...it will be too much for him to resist. DawnI just finished watching Waters of Mars it was brilliant Wow, doesn't the Doctor get all full of himself, there certainly is some major darkness on the way. And, the trailer for The End of Time WOW. That is gonne be some heavy watching on Christmas Eve! I can't believe there is only one more episode with DT at the Doctor...it will be a little darker for us fans of the 10th Doctor

How rubbish am I? I didn't even notice Jet had posted! glad you enjoyed the episode it was brilliant to see the change in the doctor. HY - you're in for a real treat when you get to see these! It makes a change for us to see something first Can't wait for Christmas now - am slightly worried about Matt Smith - but I'm sure Steven Moffat knows what he's doing - he's written some of my favourite episodes. I hope that Torchwood does come back in some form - and I'm sure John Hart could come back - is James Marsters still in BSG? I heard that's where he got a job.

Hey Jet - I've been waiting (kind of) patiently about your comments I know - so sad at the end, and indeed! I'm just wondering how many goodbye's did the doctor have to say to Rose - I mean, there have been quite a few now! But it was nice to have everything tied up in a nice bow and like RTD said in Confidential - his years are all in a nice circle. The four knocks - I didn't see that coming! I did like the "his name is Alonso" I hope our US buddies get to see these episodes soon. As I can't access PB in work I'll just rely on your pics Jet to get me through the Matt Smith years the tenth doctor has been fun and between DT & RTD they've got a lot of people into sci-fi that wouldn't have been before. ALLONS-Y

I just caught the 2nd part of the finale! It was magnificent! Those final scenes were amazing. And Dawn, the 4 knocks caught me by surprise too. I loved how he tied things up at the end. I must admit - a couple of the end shots were beyond me. The last shot Jet posted confused me - I thought I recognized them, but I don't remember them being together. And I must have missed something with Jack - because I wasn't sure why he was in that situation. Unless I'm just being dense - which is entirely possible.

Ah, well Jack was in a bar (seems he visited the cantina from Star Wars ) obviously upset after the events of Children of Earth - where the doctor introduced him to Alonso (from the Titanic one - did you see that one?) No, Mickey & Martha were never together in Dr Who, it seems something happened & Martha dumped her Doctor that she was engaged to and chose Mickey. Glad you loved it & got to see the episodes the 2nd part was the better half of the shows; all the good bits of the first one were in the 2nd one anyway

I must have missed the Titanic episode, because I didn't recognize Alonso. Yeah, I thought Martha was getting married! That's cute that they put Martha and Mickey together, I couldn't see her settling down.

For anyone who's interested - new who starts in the UK on Saturday. I wonder how Matt Smith will do - it's a big role to fill. Hey, at least he's got a red-headed companion

No one? It was a huge surprise to me how well Matt did - I thought this might be the end of me watching the show, but there is something "alien" about him! For any of you who love the show - I'd recommend you watch it!

For any of you who love the show - I'd recommend you watch it! Wibbly wobbly timey wimey...fish custard... It took me 5 1/2 hours to download but it was...well... It was bloody brilliant!!I love the new doctor, I love Amelia Pond and I love the pimped up TARDIS! I thought it would be the end for me too Dawn but its just like a new beginning. As much as I love David Tennant and the 10th Doctor...I didn't even notice it wasn't DT. Kudos to Matt Smith for being such a believable Doctor! Can't wait for the next episode, although I think I will wait for the ABC episode...we only have to wait 2 weeks...

2 weeks I don't recommend that and the next episode after that looks interesting. Yup, Matt Smith is doing a brilliant job, I don't think he could be any more "British" than if he wore the flag as his costume ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D I know it's rare to have UK Sci-Fi, but really, does the doc have to be THIS British? Amelia is so sweet, funny, fiesty and more than a match for the Doctor, I'm loving her!

One of my fave moments - "Toby" "Rory" "The Tardis!" Anyways, I couldn't wait another week. The Doctors Wife I watched...(downloaded - ooooohhhhh)...my brain hurts!!! It was a brilliant concept. Neil Gaiman and Stephen Moffat...what a combination!! Awesome awsome awesome episode Soooo. what did you think?
