Anyone still waiting for CD's from LH website

Just got my dvd and single today....can't wait to play them but will have to wait til hubby goes to work. I have heard the DVD is something else...lol

I just ordered the DVD and single this afternoon. 3-4 weeks is a pretty standard delivery time for getting stuff from the U.S. to Canada. That's when I order from a large company that specializes in mail order merchandising, though. I'm expecting a longer wait in this case; I suspect the LH merchandise folks are overwhelmed by the sudden increase in orders. I'm going to be patient. I must admit, however, that I already feel like a little kid waiting for Christmas.

I know its frustrating when your waiting for stuff but try to remember they went from a small fan base to a large base fairly quickly. Unfortunetly the fame came before the actual real money so I am sure they have been working really hard to keep up with all the demands of their new fans. Just be patient with them and it will smooth out as soon as they can get some paid help to fill out the orders. Remember MoMM, L'Strange and the DVD were done as they were unsigned so I'm sure keeping up with the orders is very costly too. Actually considering all the things involved they are doing a great job. Hopefully Rockfan they will get you straightened out, maybe a mistake was made in addressing. Keep the faith, its only bound to get better.

They have been good about responding to my emails. The last I heard from them which was this past Saturday was that they would re-send my order on Monday. Apparently, my order was sent to the wrong address

Ooh, rockfan, I wonder if sending the merchandise to the wrong address made a new fan! It just seems like one of the those "meant to be moments." But the recipient probably just sent the stuff back. Their loss.

I got my CDs today! I ordered Oct 25 and then ordered the DVD a couple days later so still waiting on it . I was surprised it came so soon after reading the wait time here I was prepared to sit tight but I am so happy. Also got a cute note from Bobby! What good boys they are.

Finally, I got my CD's today. They told me in an email they would re-send them on Monday and they are here but no note from anyone . I guess the person who got my first order got it . So anyone still waiting, just email them and hopefully they will do the same thing for you as they did for me.

I got L'Strange and Dvd in about 3 weeks with a note from Bobby.

I don't know the exact date that I ordered mine....but I believe the paypal went through on October 2nd....so it has been at least 1 month.....I am in Canada...but still...it seems a little long. Getting a little worried. I have checked the lovehammers site to find their email address...but have been unsuccessful.....anyone have it handy...it would like to send them a note!

Got the DVD and Single today ;D
It took about two weeks.

And I got a note from Bobby - my new favorite... (naw...well maybe, guess I can give my verdict after viewing the DVD - LOL!)

Just got mine yesterday also. Got home late last night, so I haven't had a chance to listen/look, but I am looking forward to having the weekend to take it all in! I really appreciate the note inside, especially when they are so busy selling their items and getting ready for the new CD and tour.

Thanks for posting that chk. I have trust issues when ordering from a new internet site and I was waiting for someone to comment on their CD Baby order - so I'll be ordering mine today.

in fact, the site was verry helpful and the emails you get are very funny and original. I only tried it cause Dino recommended it at some point. Good call on Dino!

I orrdered one of their CD's from CDBaby and it took 2 days to get here (seattle). I am very pleased!

This is depressing. I ordered MOMM and a tee on 10/17 to be delivered to my work (that is IN Chicago!) and I still haven't received it. I emailed them twice (the second time with that address that Sandra posted) and I haven't even heard back.

I didn't get my wristband either. Woe is me.
