Anyone still waiting for CD's from LH website

I have noticed other messages about fans getting their CD's recently but I still have not received mine. I am just wondering if anyone else out there are still waiting on their order. I ordered mine on Oct. 2 (MOMM & L'Strange). I emailed the LH and asked them if they had been shipped. They said they were sent out around the 14th of Oct. (my credit card has already been charged) But I still haven't received them . Am I the only one having this problem?

I ordered mine only a week ago, so I can't help you out there. But I have seen that some orders are taking a few weeks.

I place my order on 9/27 for L'Strange and the DVD. It was shipped on 10/14 and I just received it on 10/21. For some reason the postal service was really slow.

I'm still waiting on my LH dvd....this is going on the 2nd week. First time I ordered (MOMM) it was only a week that time. I'm sure their really busy ...so I am patiently waiting.

I ordered mine about three weeks ao and I live downstate! I don't know what's going on. I did notice on my statement that the S&H was not charged. I better email the LH site and find out how to try this again.

I did try to put the S&H on there but it wouldn't take it. Anyone else have any problems like this?

I guess I am being too impatient here but I did get an email from them last night and they told me it was sent out to Boston Cons Group Address and I have no idea what that means. I live in North Carolina. I did include my 4.00 s/h so who knows what is going on. I will wait for the mail today and see if it comes. They are good about responding to your emails.

Yes. I sent them a second paypal with $4 in the order box and just wrote shipping.

I orderd L'Strange, MoMM, Live/Raw on October 14. They were shipped on October 17 and I received the package, here in Canada, yesterday October 25. (And I also went out and bought a lottery ticket, as I figured it was my lucky day!)

If anyone ordered before I did and hasn't yet received it, I would inquire through their website.

Well pickles and pumpkins! I ordered Live/Raw on 10/02 and haven't seen it yet. I go to my mailbox every day hopeful and leave sad and depressed. I want my Damn DVD (can we say damn here?)! I guess I'm going to have to give in and e-mail them. I was putting the slow delivery time down to them being swamped, but it y'all are getting your stuff in I guess it's just me. <sniffle>

October 2nd must have been an unlucky day to order off of the LH site because it seems like all of us who ordered that day are still waiting! I tried to be patient for as long as possible but finally e-mailed a couple of days ago. Still no word back...

Glad to know I am not the only one suffering here. It's bad enough that there is a chance the LH may not be on the 2nd leg of the tour to play down south and now, I can't even get my CD's . I don't know how much more I can take, wwwaaaahhhhh .
I guess I could try to download it but I am not that computer saavy (I'm still trying to figure out how to do an avatar ) ps - Congrats to all White Sox fans, they are an awesome team with great pitchers (what my team, Atlanta Braves, need) but its a victory for Charlotte as well since we are the home of the White Sox AAA team. ;D

I ordered from the LH site on September 29 and my order was shipped two weeks later on October 14, received it on 10/19.

As for the shipping, their site said to add $3.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item...which made my shipping cost = $5.00 (ordered L'Strange, MoMM, and the Live/Raw DVD)

Previous to placing my order, I emailed Admin at the LH board and asked what to do/where to add shipping etc. cuz I was a little confused by the ordering process, and they emailed back saying to just type it all in the order box thing, so that's what I did. Just typed it in like this.

L'Strange cd - $12.00, MoMM cd - $12.00, Live/Raw DVD - $20.00, plus Shipping & Handling - $5.00

Then I put $49.00 in the total spot/place and that was it.
My account was charged for the total amount (merchandise & shipping) and my order got here 3 weeks later. (With a note from Bobby as well...wo0oho0!)

Dino had posted to a thread I started while I was waiting for my order and he did say if I wanted to know the status of my order I could email and ask about it. ( I didn't email cuz I just figured they were probably a little overwhelmed with orders, and it would come ASAP, which it did)

Last word from LH on their boards was that they were stuck in L.A., so I'm guessing for those of you who haven't received your order or a reply to your email if ya sent one, is just that they haven't had a chance to get to it yet. But I'm sure they will as soon as they can!

Apparently, they have someone there helping them out, (college/high school kids, friends/family) because I got an email from them Tuesday asking me to verify my address, etc. So I hope it was a case of sending my order to the wrong address

Got MOMM in less than 2 weeks after ordering. It rocks so much, I just ordered L'Strange and the Live/Raw DVD. Woohoo! Can't wait, can't wait!

You really have to be patient for the merchandise! I know it's hard but I ordered the Raw DVD 3 weeks ago and got it yesterday and I live in Canada!

i ordered a T-Shirt from them a few weeks ago i emailed them about it and they said that they are waiting for more things to come in coz they have been getting so many orders latety

Funny - I just recevied a t-shirt and L'strange that I ordered just over a week ago, including a note from Bobby. This was my second order - the last one came within a week as well. I think they just don't have their fulfillment glitches all worked out yet. I'm sure everyone will get their merchandise - some will just take longer than others...

I ordered a tshirt and MOMM on the 17th and haven't gotten it yet. But I am waiting...erm... patiently. Must stop checking mail obessively.

I wonder if they will be selling new merch at the concerts. Anyone know?

kcgirl, I used: [e-mail] and got a response within a couple of days. It actually sounds like my order had been lost in the shuffle and would have stayed that way if I hadn't e-mailed them, so I'd suggest sending a quick note.
