Hey Penny74, misery loves company because my order from October 2 nd still isn't here.  When I fist e-mailed them about 2 weeks ago, they said they were sending it but still nothing. I also haven't gotten any response from the last e-mails I sent (to both addresses as well). Getting frustrated!  |

I ordered mine the same day you did and it finally got here a month later. I would just keep emailing them to both addresses. If no response still, maybe you should go to Paypal to have them help you out. |

I posted a question on the LH message board about checking order status and this was the reply:
Hi Penny74,
The guys are really behind so the orders are taking a bit longer to get out. Everyone will get their orders it may just take a bit longer than usual.
I can understand that they are swamped. I just don't get why orders are being sent out in such random order. Some people are getting their orders in two weeks! Sigh. I'll just keep waiting.

I know, rockfan--I can't believe it either! Once you got your order, I was hoping the October 2nd Curse had been lifted but I guess not.  I'll definitely keep e-mailing and eventually figure out a Plan B if I don't get any response. My exact frustration, penny74. I'm really happy for everyone who's gotten their stuff but it's a little aggravating when someone who ordered several weeks after I did is at home rocking out  while I'm still waiting . Oh well, I guess whining here won't get me anywhere! |

I placed my order late September and also forgot the s/h fee so had to do a second PayPal transaction.
I've not yet received L'Strange or DVD (my order) but my credit card was charged over a month ago. I've sent 2 follow-up emails to LH with the PayPal Receipt ID numbers since it seems my order is messed up somehow. No word yet.
I did go ahead and download L'Strange from iTunes once I read it was finally there, so I'm not feeling quite so desperate -- I love it and can't stop playing it -- but I am wondering about my order.

Hey joey, sorry to hear you're having the same problems. I also did the shipping in a separate Pay Pal transaction because I assumed it would be added in automatically. So I figured that had been the problem and mentioned it in my follow-up e-mail but got this message back. (Back when they were still returning messages!):
"No worries. the guys told us that if shipping wasn't
included, to ask for it, but never hold up an order
because of it!
-LH MERCH"
So theoretically the shipping confusion shouldn't cause any delays.
I'm glad you like L'Strange. At least the CDs and DVD will totally rock once they finally get here!

Just been over to the LH website under the I Got My DVD thread and saw that Billy was on early this morning "We have friends doing merch while we are away...If I could, know I would...Peace Out!!!!" Once again, gotta love those guys  |

I'm another still waiting for the dvd, and my order was placed on October 3, so it does seem to be a cursed time frame! I've emailed to the address that appeared with my paypal transaction and the other one that was offered in this thread, but no reponse. Hope things get moving again soon, because the dvd is the only thing that will hold me over until the concerts in February! |

I am not actually waiting on the cds to arrive ,but rather I sent an e-mail to the adress they gave if you didn't have a check or credit card. I still haven't heard anything back ,but I was assuming that because the tour is coming up they haven't been able to get to it. Meanwhile I am trying to convince the local record store that these guys are about to be huge and they should get on the ball and start trying to carrying them.

I ordered my CDS from CDbaby.com and this is the reply message they send. It is too funny not to share (I did put it in another thread but.....)  Your CD has been gently taken from our CD Baby shelves with sterilized contamination-free gloves and placed onto a satin pillow. A team of 50 employees inspected your CD and polished it to make sure it was in the best possible condition before mailing. Our packing specialist from Japan lit a candle and a hush fell over the crowd as he put your CD into the finest gold-lined box that money can buy. We all had a wonderful celebration afterwards and the whole party marched down the street to the post office where the entire town of Portland waved 'Bon Voyage!' to your package, on its way to you, in our private CD Baby jet on this day, Sunday, November 20th. Just received my MOMM cd today! So excited it felt like Christmas Day!! Have already downloaded it to my cell and IPOD. Playing the CD over and over. Now must order some other LH merch. Waited patiently 2 weeks and here it came. Got a note too but can't read the sig. too well. Soooo very happpy!!!!!!

I had trouble figuring mine out too, but he signs his Dino "El cid". That would be my guess anyway. But hey, I was just happy I got a note! ;D |

Mystery solved! Now that I know what I'm looking at, it definitely says "El Cid". Never would have figured that out in a million years--thanks Melissa! And thanks for everyone's support while I moaned and groaned about my MIA order and ignored e-mails. Two seconds into The Tunnel and all was forgiven.
