Did you read about the anyhoodle thing U? It still makes me #giggle# I actually stayed for INXS. They were good! Did you see any LH then? No, I didn't read it. Where? And do you mean, did I see any of the LH while INXS was playing? No, I didn't. But I did talk to Jeremy then. Honestly, we had to leave the venue b/c some other fans were following/harassing us. Really? I honestly don't get people at all...

I had Chris Whitley's first cd, but I kind of lost track of him after that. I heard he died of lung cancer not too long ago. Yes, that is sad. Hubby and I went to see Bighead Todd when they opened for oh, what's his name. Dave Matthews (not a fan at all). The fans were brutal. They were talking and yelling during the show if they were even there at all. We stayed and watched Dave Matthews for a bit. Didn't like him but I stayed.

I hate hate hate when people talk at shows!!! I mean why are they even there? They should just go have their conversation somewhere else. Uggh.

Boring chords, boring drums, boring voice. No offense to any Matthews fans.

Don't get it.

I do have to admit that there have been opening bands I haven't gone in to see, mainly at bigger shows/venues. U2 has had some bad opening acts.

To me, every song by Dave Matthews sounds the same. After a song or two, we were bored.

Fly, you have lost me on the Kade bit. One of the characters in the story I posted in Creativity Vault is named Kade. His fiancee's name is Adelle. He'd be the kind to use "anyhoodle."

The way I look at opening acts, every band was an opening act at one point. So, I just might be surprised by the next 'artist to watch.'
