OMG!!! That's awsome!!!!! hee hee, I'm very giggly at the moment! I just realized that the first football game of the season is exactly one week away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That and I watched remember the titans and well...I got excited cause I started thinking about what would happen if we made it to state. We came very close last year, we were only a game or two away. It was sooooooo awsome! I think it was the game before cause in reality that should have been the state game cause it was number 1 against number 2. Basically whoever won that game, would win state. Maybe this year will be ours....I'm rambeling again. Oh-wow. You've got me all excited about football. I should start following the Queen's U football team.

Football is really the only sport I'll actually sit down and watch, and normally not for long, unless it's a high school football game. Then I refuse to play my instrament and yell very very loud! hee hee, sometimes I'll watch hockey, when I catch it on. Oh I just can't wait for Friday! I get to see what the team is like this year!!!!

I've got to get my Friday Greenout outfit going!!! I need to buy the new cheerleader shirt, which I helped design. The person who made the shirts, I was in her class and we were the ones that were working on the design. It was soooo cool. When my sis came home the other day, she just got a teaching job at the school, she had one of the new shirts, and I was like, OMG I HELPED WITH THAT!!
.....GP needs to calm down!

I get to see what the team is like this year!!!! I like all kinds of sports. To watch mostly, because I'm a bit of a lazy old gal these days. Lately, #1 is golf. I like tennis, too. Used to be a huge Montreal Canadiens hockey fan (I'm from Montreal). Got into NFL about 8 years ago - the last year or two that I was with my ex-husband. Loved Doug Flutie and the Buffalo Bills. Yes. (I know - he's an old coot now - but he's in my age bracket. Hee.) I should get into NFL again this year. It's dumb watching by yourself, though. Same thing with going to a Queen's University game.

Yeah, it's no fun watching by yourself, that's why I normally don't watch the games. During football season and my grandma has some kind of dinner, I watch parts of the games cause everyone else is.

One of my former students who was an NFL player just walked away from the game the day before training camp started this year... ... he called his mom and said he's done with football, but I don't buy that. There's more to it. There has to be. I've known him since he was a sophomore in high school. We haven't kept in touch, but the game is in that boy's blood.

OMG! I don't have that pic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ohhh...a date? With whom? hee hee. Well, I exaggerate a bit. It's nice to say the word "date" in the same sentence as my name. ;D ;D ;D He's this guy I know from Queen's - a prof. He's a friend of the guy I really like. We went to Limestone Bluesfest in Kingston, which started tonight. Saw a guy named Chris Chown. He's a local blues guitarist who is smokin' hot!! Oh and he's a darn good guitar player, too. ;D ;D ;D Had a nice time - it was only for a couple of hours. I'll be back at bluesfest tomorrow night and all day Saturday. By myself. I'm volunteering at the info booth - never know which cool musicians I might meet.

Yes, that does sound like a bit of a mystery. What a shame, if he's a good athlete and loves the sport. Hmmmmm. Wonder what went wrong?
