Hey moya37 & olderwoman! I thought I was the only one going to Chinook Winds thats frequents these boards! Yah! I too got tickets - which night are you going? I am in Sec D on Friday night & Section E on Sat. Night. Yea, both nights I couldn't pass it up. Two nights--a true fan. I'm sitting in E on Saturday night too, table 6 to the left. I'm disappointed to hear these are Bingo tables. I thought it meant there was a chance they'd be selling drinks during the show.

Wow, what a morning!!! I had to wait until this morning at 10:00 a.m. to get tickets to the St. Charles MO show, since I'm from the Southern part in Illinois, that was closer, and my daughter is in a wheelchair, so those tickets were set for later, and here we go thinking we would get bum tickets, like usual for handicap seats. My ex husband....really long story....had to get one of those pre paid credit cards...all my old ones got misplaced in the wrong hands....and was a huge mess this morning. Anyway, we have great seats coming, not on the main floor, but just one level up and really close to the stage, me and the kids are going to have a blast, I talked to someone that understood about seating capabilities for the handicapped and she made sure they were the best seats going for that type, and we have not stopped screaming all day. I will call home from work, and all I hear is we're going we're going, and Marty this and Marty that...is awesome. Hope everyone gets what they want and deserve and has a great time....Later Nancy...

Sigh. Have fun, you guys. You're all lucky to be going to a show at all. Toronto TWO shows both sold out. I was online trying to buy smack dab at 2pm, and couldn't get a thing. ")

Congrats to all of you who got tickets - I tried my little heart out, but I didn't Tickets for the Toronto Show at Massey Hall on Feb 7th went on sale at 2pm today. Now, this is TORONTO and Massey Hall only holds about 2600 so I was logged in before 2 and waiting to go, and I had the phone in the other hand. Couldn't even get a connection on the phone to Ticketmaster, and from 2:00 on, all I got on my internet attempts was that they didn't have any available (I was asking for 2 tickets any-price-any-seat). By 2:10 they had posted a second show on Feb 6th, but couldn't get any of those either. By 2:25 they said they were sold out, but my guess was they were gone much earlier than that. WTF? What else could I have done? And I would have LOVED to see the whole thing. I know there are a lot of people who are exclusively loyal to Marty & the Lovehammers, but I actually really enjoyed ALL the Rockstars and would have gotten a real kick out of watching the new INXS too. I have to admit though, Marty just does it for me - only Marty could have lured me as a first-timer to a fan website, or had me so psyched to be going to a concert again. So to all of you who are going -YAY! Enjoy it for me, would ya? And if anyone in TO decides they don't want their tickets.......drop me a PM, I'd be thrilled

Nothing left on the D.C. concert. Hopefully, INXS and the Lovehammers will do a tour down the south here on their second leg. You lucky ones have a rockin' fun time.

koolmaid, We're going to be in section A 3rd row at Chinook Winds on Friday night Wow..add a fourth Marty fan to Chinook Winds and for 2 nights. I'm traveling from California, so I said, what the heck, spend the night Fri and Sat and hope for a Marty siting in the casino, plus, what a great place for a concert...right on the Pacific Ocean!! According to the front desk, many of the performers gamble and stay in the suites at the casino (adding to the reason we got a suite!!). Section A, but at the end, by myself on Sat night. Opted for cheap Section G seats with my friend (who didn't really want to go) for Friday.....good night to get a lay of the land. Anybody been to the Chinook Casino before? It looks very small!!!!! I think we'll have a good chance to meet the guys afterwards p.s. On Monday I'm heading to Oakland with a girlfriend for 3rd showing. It is a Marty vacation, and I'm an older woman too olderwoman

I will ask her the next time I see her about the size of the place, but by then someone here can probably answer that question. They MUST have a website (the venue)?

If I remember correctly, Chinook Winds Casino holds about 1300 people.
I got a suite, too. For only $20 more than a regular room, I figured the gas insert fireplace would be worth it.

Wish I was staying at a hotel, I will just go home alone after the concert, like usual (the one in seattle) I wanna party like a rockstar at the show in seattle and will probably take Friday off as a vacation day for recoup. and reviews!

Thanks rockbeast...hey a little jackpot while seeing Marty would be quite serendipitous!!
Moya..yeah, the suites weren't that much more, with an ocean view tabout. 1300 people is nothing, plus, from the picture, the showroom is wider than it is longer. I just wonder how Marty is going to constrain himself to that stage!!

I am so excited others will be at Lincoln City! It does sound small. but hey, all the closer to Marty. I don't live too far from there, just down the coast a bit. On one of my days off in the near future, I just may drive up there and get a look around. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll see if I can find out. I'm going to have them let me look at some of the rooms - just to see what they are like. (I am in the motel industry so it will be interesting to compare) This is going to be too cool!

My co-worker who got me into RS INXS was going to try to get tickets yesterday for her and her daughter. I got mine the day before during the INXS.com pre sale. When I went to the gym yesterday to workout , my co worker called me, and told my roomate she would just talk to me Monday at work!! I dont have her phone number and am DYING to know if she was able to get tickets. There will be no second show for Seattle since we are squished between Vancouver and Lincoln City At least I am on the main floor for January 19th! NP: INXS- Greatest Hits/"Never Tear Us Apart"

Damn! I didn't know there was another pre-sale on Friday. Thanks to my stupid junk box on hotmail....
I've been trying to get better seats for the Gibson Ampitheatre but it's so not going to happen. Again, I will just try to be grateful that I'm even going!

Wanting to be the first in line to try for good seats I was in line from 5AM til 10AM to wait at the Family Arena and got at the WRONG window as the lady couldn't get anything in the first 4 rows to come up and was having problems hearing us at first then other issues with getting us our tickets. Then she said she had 2 front row tickets and somehow lost them! Waiting all of that time was a total waist of time and sad as we got seats to the side not even on the main floor when 2 other ladies we talked to that got the other 2 windows got 4th row and 2nd row. I feel so cheated!
