Shuckra, What a great story! Thanks for sharing it, and I'm looking forward to your pictures too. Sounds like your friend Michelle and my friend CJ and have a couple of things in common--agreeing to crazy road trips with "lovehammered" friends and then "falling under the Lovehammer spell" themselves! I love it!!! Although your drive was well over twice as long as ours, I trust your car wasn't towed at least! Very cool that you got to stay for the Virgin Store gig yesterday! Have a great time at your show in Charlotte--I can't wait for our rescheduled show in St. Louis and another chance to see LH!! With the prices that the parking garage charged us, it may as well have been towed! ;D |

OMG--I bet!! I probably shouldn't even admit this, but I am Big-City Impaired. ;D I live in Okawville, Illinois (pop. 1300)! The idea of having to figure out how to get a cab at midnight  freaked me out as much as anything!  St. Louis I'm used to--Chicago is a whole different story!!  |

Awesome reviews everyone! You make me feel like I was there (also it does help when reading these to crank up Lovehammers as loud as possible)! I cant wait to See them again Hopefully they will have a show July 22 that will be my 23rd birthday and by then i will be prepared to bring my guitar and jam with Billy!

hey everybody, this is CHK's sister. Wow! what a great time we had in Chi-town. Fabulous meeting so many other Hammer fans & hanging out w/ Den & Liz!! Hammers brought down the roof at Joe's...what a phenomenal time! Amazing talent aside, all the guys in the band stunned us with their genuine smiles and appeciative words. Cheers to Bobby and Dino for showing up at Hard Rock after the Sat. show. Cheers to all of Marty's family members that we met @ Chicago Theatre & HR Hotel... thanks for being so gracious and friendly. LOVEHAMMERS, YOU ARE PHENOMENAL...AS MUSICIANS, AS CHICAGOANS, AS GENUINELY GREAT GUYS...THANKS FOR GIVING SO MUCH TO CHITOWN ON YOUR DAYS OFF!

Shuckra, I was at the concert at Joe's. I believe I may have been the one to take the pic of you and Michelle with Bobby? Regardless it was great meeting you and all the other Hammerheads I met that night. I also got a pic with everyone in the band but Marty. :-(
Oh well, maybe next time. I just wanted to say that I had a great time and it was really great meeting all the people I met there.
