It's Sunday now and we're back home. The show was great. Marty and the guys put on a show full of energy. I was proud to be part of it. We also got to meet Marty and Dino which was great, something I won't soon forget. I'm glad to hear that everyone had a great time.

OK here is the rest of the story,

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I finally made it home from Memphis tonight I can not say it loud enough or often enough it was such a great time. Getting to see the LH's live and getting to party all weekend with Hammerheads, the best bunch of people you would ever want to meet.
Describing my first live experience is not easy. I was consumed by the moment. I could not take my eyes off Marty except for occasional moments to check out Bobby, Billy, & Dino. God they were great. The minute Marty walked onto the stage he took control. There is this sense that when he is on the stage he owns the stage. He looks into the audience so much, I know he looked straight at me multiple times. One of my favorite moments was when he told the audience he wanted our energy and he said, "cause you know I am not afraid to come and get it." and immediately jumped out into the audience. another of course was that moment when the moon rose over Memphis...lol And then there was the moment when he was passing in front of me and took my hand. I can't even explain the way I felt at that moment. When he climbed the girder on the side of the stage I felt excited and worried all at the same time. I described the performace as a whole as 'beauty in motion' I still feel that describes it best.
The moment that stands out in my memory as the show ended Marty threw the mic up in the air and it fell to the stage as he walked off the stage and just as he got to the corner almost out of site he turned around and waved to everyone. That moment is so precious in my memory.
I stood around a little while after they fininshed talking to other Hammerheads and then wandered off like I didn't have any better sense. So I missed Marty and Bobby when they came out for a while. I did however get to see Dino with Nancy and I got to speak to Billy for a moment. I don't think they come any sweeter than Billy.
It was my 1st, and it was everything I thought it would be and more! Taxegirl and Scaryjohnny were #1 Hammerheads for the weekend. They did so much for all the other Hammerheads. All I can say to them is thank you thank you thank you. Hammerheads rock.
to my hammer roomies airgorg, cyberocn, & soon to be sil Becky, anytime! Cause you hammerchicks rock, luv you guys. Schukra & Mario so cool luv you both. And to everyone else I met there, RB, Hootiowl & family, Monica, nlt, crazy4marty, kbgirlref, yerbamate, (forgive me if I have forgotten anyone) I can not wait to hang with you guys again.
Sorry to be so long but I wanted to tell all. I will try to do pictures as soon as possible may be a couple of days.
Sharon

And when he took off the sunglasses and tossed them aside, and we got the first glimpse of those mesmerizing eyes?? Can anyone describe that?? It's just insane how hypnotizing he is and how addicting those concerts are!! Linda

Linda, I know, its like you know they are beautiful and everyones says they are even more beautiful when you actually seen him, but still nothing prepares you for how hypnotic they are when he looks straight at you. What an experience!!! All I could think with my mush brain at the time was WOW Sharon

So far, it gets worse (the addiction) with every single show. I actually got a chance to talk with Bobby this time, and told him this was the best one yet. I can see myself saying that each and every time...... Where does it all end? Will there eventually have to be a senior citizen section at all Lovehammer's concerts? I can see Marty getting a kick out of have young, energetic "groupies" at every concert, but isn't it kind of hysterical to think of women like me following him to every concert and eventually needing a walker to do so? Anyway, I digress................. what I wanted to say is that my friend CJ (who after two concerts and now one Marty hug) is SO completely mesmerized that she suspects that Marty is really the anti Christ! That's some pretty powerful stuff!!!!!
