Got my tickets, got my hotel, still need plane tix, but that can wait a little bit - WOO-HOOOOOOO!!!! Thanks Tara for putting a crazy idea into action You ROCK!!! And JCR, what's up! ;D Alot of us are staying at the Howard Johnson on Lasalle - I don't know if it is booked or not...in Feb. I stayed at the Best Western Inn of Chicago...it is right downtown...it was clean, safe, under $100 a night (in Feb.) and only a few blocks from the redline. Check out the Best Western website...I can't wait to meet you! BTW, I am going to the Nine inch Nails show in Charlotte in June, only to see Bauhaus open for them...cool!

Thanks for all the support from everyone! I'm happy that the ticketing went well today with minimal problems.
If anyone has any problems with printing tickets, just drop me a line and let me know.
Best to probably use the HammerShack@AOL.com e-mail to contact me, though, since sometimes I miss PM's. Thanks again!!!

Amy - believe it or not I FINALLY got the ticket to print. I kept getting an error message over and over yesterday and then today suddenly the tix appeared in the box and I could print. Looking forward to meeting everyone! Victoria

Welcome lhfanpam! I'll be a young 49 in 3 weeks. I partied like I was 29 in Vegas!
My motto is: "You're never to old to rock & roll!"
There will be lots of us. Hope to meet you there!
Edited because I'm stoopid.
Well Ladies, I'll join your crowd. 48. A little slower, but still like to have fun. Can't wait to meet all of you.

Hey, Everyone!
Just dropping a line to say hello and hope everyone's doing great.
Ticket sales are going very well, and in case you missed it, the Hammerjam date has been added to the Tour section of Lovehammers.com!
This was done so that everyone can feel confident and rest easy that it's a legit date. It's still a private party for Hammerheads only, and no public advertising is being done for the event. I hope to see you all there!
Joy - I'm in VA too, Roanoke. Whereabouts are you?? Glad you can make it!
And to all the Hammerheads travelling a LOT longer distances than me for Hammerjam, I thank you all for making the trip and can't wait to see you there!
I'm counting the days now! ;D

Hey I'm so happy - I thought I might be the only one at Hammer Jam that was even close to 50. And I sure agree - one is never too old to rock and roll. I have and will always love good rock and roll. I always picture myself in a rocking chair at 80 still listening to my favourite groups, which now includes The LoveHammers. I am looking so forward to meeting you all and seeing LH in this setting seems almost too good to be true. Can't wait for October.
