Can anyone recomend any hotels that are nearby the Metro? Thanks heaps  Check the Metro web site also check Hotels Chicago downtown. There is a medical convention going on that weekend so rooms downtown may be hard to find but everyone says the train lines for getting around town are great. good luck see ya at HammerJam in Roctober Sharon |

Thanks sambren! I am sorry you can not go....  Hopefully we will get to see each at a show when the LH make it back to New England.... Hopefully sooner rather than later.  We'll definately have to meet up again next time they come here (hopefully it won't be 17 degrees out next time). ;D |

Hey folks............lost contact again for a few days......back now. ;D My girlgonewild is urging me to attend the HammerJam and make my way to Chitown in October to meet the guys and all you gals....... I haven't decided yet (hard to confirm my schedule so far in advance) but if I do make it I'll be driving since it's not all that far........is everyone staying at the same hotel or something?.......I think an all nighter is in order..........he he he......  |

Hey Stiletto - sounding like there may be all-nighters both Friday and Saturday ---
Party All Night - catch a few winks during the day - sounds like fun to me!!
Most folks are staying at the HoJo's - so I'm guessing that's where the big party will be post-Metro - some people got extra rooms (check with Rockdivagirl - she's keeping track and can let you know for sure if something's still possible there) - there will be folks at other downtown places and some, like me, out by the airport.

Yes, check in with Diva and Penny-Diva's coordinating hotels and arrivals, and Penny's planning dinners and whatnot.

Posting this here as well but those of you that are waiting for Southwest airlines to publish their schedule for Chicago in October--its officially open for tickets to Chicago Midway through October. Good luck-get them quick!
