Wahhhhhhh! I really thought my CD would be in today's mail... I'm getting nervous that it won't show up. Are others still waiting anxiously beside the mailbox?

Don't feel so bad gingerpyle. Mine didn't come either...and I did pay extra for the expedited shipping. So something ain't right there...but whatever! I live way down here in the deep deep south (Florida)...we never get stuff early. Our mail is carried by mules I think.

Still not here. Next chance...Monday. Me neither. I almost burst into a hissy fit when all I got were bills in the mail today. I WAS SURE IT WOULD COME TODAY. I really wanted to get it before this Friday.

I thought the cd doesn't get released officially until this Tuesday the 24th? I know everyone is excited about getting their cd's but it does hurt the first week sales numbers of the cd.

It's my understanding that all the presales count toward the first week sales so it actually helps where the album debuts. I think I'm right on that. Anyone?

My cd came today!!! It is fabulous - Hold On is my current favorite and Straight as an Arrow rocks. Everything sounds great. I am a little bummed with Call of Distress - it is one of my favorite songs because of the difference in energy between the verses and chorus - you know - so boppy in the verse but killer screaming during the chorus. They seemed to have "smoothed" out that difference and it isn't as raw as it was. It is still a great song, though. The autographs are great, so is having the lyrics, and it is so great of them to thank Cindy and Amy for their superb work on this site. I noticed on the packing slip that it was shipped from Georgia, so that should help judge how much longer until yours arrives!!! Enjoy!

For those of you who have received CD's: were they delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or ? Dino, maybe? LOL Just kidding. But I *am* curious of the shipping method. I should've gotten mine already - I'm in SC!

From Soundscan: If a title is sold before it is registered with Nielsen SoundScan, will those sales be applied? No, we are a weekly tracking service, collecting data sold from the previous Monday through Sunday. www.soundscan.com/faq.htmlThe totals will count to the overall sales but not to the weekly sales. I'm a Clay Aiken fan also and we learned the hard way when his first single was released. Some stores started selling it before the official release date. So that meant the first week on Billboard he didn't enter in as #1 since it wasn't his first official week of sales. So everything that has been received this past week will count on this week not first weeks sales.
