I understand from reading the posts on RBL that a househould can have multiple voters as long as it is one vote per member on RBL. Also if you have more than three accounts or votes originating from your home, you need to declare it in over on RBL in this thread rockbandlounge.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=6175 So see your spouse, mom, dad, children (should be older than 13 to register on the message board) can vote too. But no one person can vote more than once. Please try to get your family members to help out. Especially if they watched Rock Star with you and like Marty's music too. You know they do!! |

Hey everyone! Let's start gearing up for getting the vote out Sunday. I need everyone to commit to voting and getting at least 3 to 4 more people to vote alongside you. Everyone of you probably has a significant other or other family member who will be happy to vote for Marty. It only takes a few minutes to register and a few seconds to vote. The family that votes together stays together!
Or how about calling your best friend and recruiting him/her to vote? Or how about emailing friends or relatives you know that you correspond with frequently and asking them to help you out by voting for Marty. Use your myspace friends to vote and help you get the vote out for Marty.
Just please know that this week Marty HAS to be the top vote getter to stay out of the bottom three. This week it is more critical than ever.

I'm going to agree with Cindy, if you have family members who want to vote, sign them up!
If you look at the thread where those with over three votes in one house are declaring that fact, it's mostly MiG, JD, and Toby fans. Very few Marty fans - so that means the Marty fans are the only ones not tapping into that vein...

If each of you had another 2 or so votes coming from your home, this will really help out. Remember why we are doing this and why every vote matters: We are trying to get Marty to the finale and keep him in the competition so that we have more time to showcase his and the band's music. A whole lot of us discovered Marty on the show. And then we looked for his music, and discovered Lovehammers. That's also the goal of the game. To expose the band's music to new potential fans. It would be a shame for Marty to be eliminated this week, because next week is when we get to start posting a LH video. This is what we have been working so hard toward. The extra effort this week from all LH fans will be needed. Please register your household members to vote too. And ask other fans to do the same. Please and thank you so much! |

I voted, as did hubby. It sure is a miserable blizzard out there today, but I just may have to make a trip over to my in-law's house and get MIL, FIL and BIL to vote if Marty doesn't catch up soon. |
