Thanks for that Sunflower Gypsy! I'll try & take a look at that! I haven't seen Chocolat or Secret window but I've seen the rest. Loved Blow - didn't think I would, not with the subject matter - but it was fantastic! Any work with Tim Burton is going to be brilliant really isn't it - I think he's fantastic. I think that's another guy that if I hear he's connected to a film I'll watch it! Good to chat to you, hope I do again soon.

I'm a Depphead...big time. I never get tired of watching Chocolat and Secret Window. My other fave is Benny & Joon. I remember I used to watch 21 Jump St...I hardly ever followed the story cause I was too busy whenever he was on screen ;D

Hey, it's not my fault - I love Dawnson's! It's a guilty pleasure of mine. Something tells me that we could probably compare dreams anyway Jet! I don't need to watch something for that!

I'm a bit scared of him as Sweeney...have you seen the pics at IMDB? It's a VERY different spin on Sweeney...and I don't know if Helena can pull off Mrs. Lovett. I have a feeling a few theatre types will have their knickers in a wad over this - from the IMDB forums I think they already have...

EXTRA!! EXTRA!! read all about they(movie studios) have decided to WIDE release Sweeney Todd(Johnny's next movie) on Dec 21, 2007 instead of the original Jan 11th 2008!! Originally they were to limit release on the Dec 21 date and wide on either Dec 25th(rumored) and officially Jan 11th 2008. After viewing clips...they realized that a wide audience would love a WIDE release and given Johnny Depp's appeal to US they changed their minds on the WIDE release being Jan 11th 2008. So while your shopping this Christmas...check out Sweeney Todd with Johnny Depp...directed by Tim Burton! SG

What an unusual time of year to release "Sweeney"! I was picturing Halloween, but CHRISTMAS?!?!?! Then again, what else should I expect from Tim Burton. I hope that I like this film. I love Sweeney's score so much that I'll really be upset if I don't.

It could also be noted that Johnny will be co-starring with another favourite of mine, Alan Rickman.

As the judge, right? He should be very good in that role, provided he is a singer. He has the build/look for that role...that's for sure. Anthony Head's involved too!?!?!?!?!?!? *Smacks the Buffy fanatic within back into darkness* Holy smokes! He's also playing Duncan in an updated version of Macbeth! I hope that sees the light of day.
