I truly truly am not making light of anyones hurt or pain or shock. I just think we need to keep it all in perspective.

Wow, sure looks like i missed alot today.

I am getting the feeling that everybody is thinking that Marty owes them something. The band and Dan included.

All these people that are supposedly close to Marty that are coming out saying this stuff are just mad because their "gravy train" left without them.

I love the Lovehammers and i'm sad they are finished but its time to move on. Whether or not Marty's leaving and joining LA Guns is a mistake we will just have to wait and see. Whether or not the LH move on with a new singer or disband, again, we will have to wait and see. The LH have been friends for a very long time. Its not up to us to fight their battles for them. None of you even really know how the band is truly feeling. So stop acting like you do.

This board is called Marty Casey.org, if you want to talk bad about Marty then create your own board. This thread in particular was for people who support the man, there is another thread for people to express their negative feelings, but name calling and use of swear words is totally unnecessary.

After the dust settles, and some time has passed, the guys will all be friends again, because they are like brothers, and God knows brothers fight and have disagreements, and some even totally screw each other, but in the end, they are still brothers.... but what will you have?? Oh a nasty comment on a web page, big deal.

Okay, gang......I apologize for the ruckus. Some people with nothing better to do with their precious time decided that it would be beneficial to the Lovehammers to come over here and make negative posts. How does that help the band? It doesn't......so we've put a stop to it. I wish people would use all that energy to actually HELP the band.

Anyway, sorry this thread was temporarily derailed and disrupted. Commence posting.

I just gotta say something......

People are forgetting, we all are on the outside, looking in. Can you imagine the hurt, pain, discussions, decisions, lost dreams, new hopes/dreams that are happening to all 4 band members?

We ARE FANS!! End of story!! This is their lives....and the fabric consists of 4 individuals...melding into a band...but still consisting of 4 unique and seperate people. If one is not happy and moves on, sure there is an abundance of feelings....but we are looking thru the window...and we cannot see everything that occurred.

All these innuendo's, assumptions and feelings are ours alone. Sure, it saddens us...but come on already!! I know I get up everyday...there are jobs, life, family, bills to pay, vehicle needs gas, talk on the phone, make meals..etc ...and come on the computer to participate on boards and read the latest goings on. But...this in no way, affects my daily living.

Marty's decision is about HIS DAILY LIVING....and everyday he would like to get up and be happy. He wasn't happy, he is going on a new path...hoping for his happiness. More power to him....

Don't you get angry when you hear of people who stay in relationships because of other people...ie: kids involved, money involved etc etc....and all the while the clock ticks away.....burying their happiness for everyone else's sake. What a way to live.

It takes courage to take a new walk in life....pain will be inevitable for some....but the sky clears, life continues.....

Sorry, but I've been reading afew boards today...and its really head shaking to read some of the stuff posted around cyberworld. You'd think Marty got up one day and thought what can I do to screw over the band and make the fans insane.

You don't have to like it, but for cripes sakes, be an adult about it.

I support Marty Casey because he has an amazing voice, he is a great performer that captures your attention on stage, he is an excellent writer with lyrics, blogs, answers to questions, he took a giant leap to be on a Reality show, which brought me to so many good things in my life including my very favorite band Lovehammers. With all that said, I support him because he has such an Unending Perserverance to do what He Wants to Do, he is so very talented and deserves so much success and happiness!
Besides all that he is great with a guitar ;)and he is Hot!
