What makes me tick is music, and I'm so glad that RSINXS introduced me to the Lovehammers! The music that really drives me and that I need is one that has passion, energy, and originality, and the band embodies this with everything you all got. It takes a lot to make me turn my head and completely commit to a band, but you just totally blew me away this summer! I am so ready to be rocked at the concert in Atlanta. I've only been to one concert in my life and it was a (whispers NKOTB) one and that isn't right! I've lived in Georgia for about 19 years, but wouldn't be worth anything as a tour guide - lol - but I am an excellent cook/baker so if you're starving to death by the time you come to Atlanta let me know and I can bring something to the show. ;D And not to put any pressure on you all, but I'd love to be able to see more than Dave N.'s feather boa up there in Cleveland some day

My husband, 4 kids and I are anxiously waiting for the new Lovehammers CD! I only wish Santa could get a copy early and put it in my Christmas stocking! The Lovehammers rock -- you have 6 lifetime fans in Arizona! We can't wait to see you in concert here...as I know you want to add sunny Arizona to your list of tour dates! All the best, Keri

Hi Marty I am a new member as of today but I have been reading this site since September. Great site to hear the newest on what the Lovehammers are doing. I wish you the greatest success on the tour next year. I will be at the Vancouver show on the 18th. My twin sister lives in Vancouver and bought tickets to your concert for our birthday in January. If you need a tour guide let me know!! Lived in Vancouver for many years, beautiful city. I have just ordered my wristband from the site, can't wait to get it. I hope your new album comes out when you arrive in Vancouver so I can get it autographed. Best wishes for a wonderful Christmas!

This morning, while I was on hold waiting for a colleague to return to our phone conversation, I read an e-mail from Franny telling me that Mr. Casey posted on this board last night. Well, I immediately logged in here to see if it was true. Wow. So cool. My colleague came back on the phone while I was reading the post, and I was so zoned out I forgot how to speak French. She might as well have been speaking Greek to me ('cuz I don't understand Greek). Marty, if you read this, welcome to your site. Thanks for dropping by, thanks for the music, and thanks for bringing so many wonderful people together. You have the best fans in the world. P.S. Thanks to Cindy and Amy for all the hard work. Thanks for giving us a place to meet and share the love. Edited to add: Will the Lovehammers be touring the East Coast of Canada in the near future? I'm in Halifax, waiting patiently...

Dear Marty, I've been a rocker for over 40 years now so I think I can appreciate good music when I hear it. I've never know anyone like you. Your thanking us for helping you! We all fell in love with you as we watched you grow and evolve during Rockstar INXS. Talent and good looks aside what most attracted me to you was your ability to stay out of all the drama at the house, remain true to yourself throughout the competition and your honesty and kindness. Wow what a man, your one of a kind Marty. I live in Vancouver, BC and have my ticket to your kick off concert. I so would love to meet you even if its just for a quick photo, autograph and hug. If you are serious about wanting to see Vancouver then I would be honored to assist in any way. One more thing I need to say. I love your writing style and lyrics, combined with the rockin talent of Lovehammers you guys are probably not going to have a day off in years. Your going to blow INXS out of the water, and I am so grateful to INXS for making all this possible. I truely wish you all the happiness and success you so deserve and I hope you find lasting love too. Love you Marty

Jomarti -
Not sure if this is the place for this... but I'm new. That was me at the Metro. Great you got to meet the band. Husband wanted to leave right after the show. I missed out on all the fun... Can you imagine the disappointment the next couple of days after seeing the pictures and stories. I was in a state of depression. Heart sick... Over it now. Will be seeing them again in Oakland and Boca Raton. Somehow someway, I gotta give those boys a hug.

Marty Music is the only thing that touches a person on an emotional level first. The Lovehammers make the kind of music that makes you want to listen over and over. Your words touch me both emotionally and intellectually. I have your songs playing in my head all the time. Thank you for persevering and taking that big assed risk. This world is a better place for it. Please do stop back from time to time and keep us updated. Loved reading you blogs on Rockstar and would love to read more from you here. ROCK N ROLL!

to Cindy and Amy for all their hard work on this site. And speaking of working hard..... to you Marty for sharing your passion with us this summer. I blame my interest in you and the LH's on the Rockstar:INXS camera operators. If they wouldn't have given you so many intense close ups, I wouldn't have enjoyed your performances. NOT!! You make me "feel" music again. Every performance on RS:INXS was exhilarating to watch. And now that I have seen you live at Metro, I cannot wait to see what is next. Please, take your energy, your willingness to experiment, your soft and "screamy" voice and those hot LH "brothers" of yours and blow us all away! You are surrounded by some great individuals. It has been a pleasure to get to "know" other fans, the roadies TBone and Dan, and even Dino and Billy by their posting on-line at various sites. Thank you for taking the time to come check it out over here at MC.org. As a band, you seem to have a history of connecting with your fans. It is awesome. Music has always been a mood booster for me. RS:INXS came along to give a boost to the summertime blahs. I wasn't the hugest fan of INXS. I do own Shabooh/Shabbah, The Swing and Kick on vinyl. I have the Best of INXS on CD. I enjoyed their style, videos and funky tunes. I am more of an Indie/Alternative/New Wave/Punk/Goth girl but my tastes run very eclectic. They have to be because my DH is a Folk lover (and is trying to tolerate other music in the house). I didn't spend much time in the 90's listening to the current fare. Too busy with family obligations and such. Having an 12YO in the house demanding tunes to be downloaded for her has been a great reintroduction to music for me. We are having so much fun contrasting/comparing our likes and dislikes. She is exposing me to current artists while I show her some oldies but goodies, but lately I am finding the "new" music and freaking her out! We both love Marty and the Lovehammers and have downloaded or bought all we can find of them. Our iPod is full and we sing "Trees," "Eyes Can't See," "Throw My Head" :)and "Hold On" all the time. I believe you toured here (with Cake) in FL in April, and I could kick myself for missing that date. I almost went. Didn't know who the Lovehammers were at that time. And couldn't talk that Folk lovin' husband to go. I was at the Metro (with a huge group of Snarkgasm gals and others from these boards), but not able to meet you in person. I cannot make it to the Aragon show, but I do have tickets to the Denver show, the Clearwater show and the Boca show. I hope you and Billy, Bobby and Dino can sign my guitar piece (from the Metro) at one of those shows! I will not sell it on ebay.

Hey Marty! Can you tell we worship you? Thanks for the tidbit to keep us going until we get to see you. Can't wait until DC and Norfolk shows to see you! Not much in Norfolk to see - except me! I am the only site you need in that city! Have a blast touring and thanks for the excellent music the Lovehammers put out! Henry (Don't be scared, I'm a female)

Way to go Marty - may you, Bob, Dino and Billy enjoy all the great success that you all so deserve. I'm am so glad I watched Rockstar this summer and was able to see and hear your incredible talent. I am an "old" fan who also lives in Chicago. Thanks for bringing music back into my life. I listen to the Lovehammers almost every night before I go to bed (and have to watch your Take Me Out Video a lot cuz I just lurve it so much).
P.S. Did you ever pick up your clothes from your Aunt's M's house? If not can I have them to sell on E-bay??? I live in the neighborhood.

Hi Marty!! Thank you for the gift of your first post to your site! Felt like Christmas came early this year! I normally check here a few times during the day ( and on the LH site too!) to keep up with any and all news surrounding yourself & the band but did not look at it yesterday afternoon or last night. I am working from home today...due to a raging snowstorm here in New England...and took a few minutes to check the site found your post just a few moments ago... You have a hoplessly devoted new fan in me. I have had a year of massive highs and lows...One of my highs was discovering you on Rockstar and then learning all about the Lovehammers..bought the LStrange and MOMM CD's...and the RAW DVD...to get caught up with your musical history. The CD's are my favorite to listen to each day when I work out...when people ask if I have a personal trainer...I laugh and say yes, Marty Casey and show them the CD's!! Just doing what I can to "spread the love"! One of my lows this summer was losing a family member to cancer...in fact, the very week you sang "Wish You Were Here"...I still can't listen to that without breaking down.... This site does a great job of keeping us well informed...major props to Amy, Cindy and all those who make this a wonderful website....but mostly, thanks to you, for going on Rockstar:INXS in the first place...and earning the adoration of so many new fans....for yourself and for the Lovehammers! Your tireless hard work and talent combined...will take you far...and your loyalty to your fellow bandmates is amazing.... Sadly for me, I have not had the experience of seeing you perform live...yet! The good news is that I have excellent seats for the show at the Wang Center in Boston.. on 2/10 ( an early Christmas present to myself!) I will truly feel like an official Hammerhead after that show! And I hope I get the chance to say hi and thank you & the band for "what you do"...& to answer the question...yes, I what you do... I just hope when you come to Boston...that you are not faced with weather like we are having today...be sure to put heavy duty snow tires on that tour bus! It is actually quite beautiful outside at this moment...going out for a walk soon...I love New England for the change of seasons....you are just never bored out here...and having lived here all my life I know "my way around!" Looking forward to more news when you can spare the time...and a new CD from the LH in Jan....to add to my collection.... Merry Christmas...and rock on in 2006 & beyond!!! Valencia

Wow...Marty...It is really awesome that you took time out of your busy schedule to post a message to your fans! It isn't very often that something like this happens!
I think it's safe to say that you have changed our lives. Through you and Rock Star: INXS we have met new people and made new friends...and we found The Lovehammers!
I will be at the show at the Chicago Theatre...I don't think I have it in me to brave the Aragon...lol. February can't come soon enough for me!
Take care....spread the love!

Hi Marty,
Well, I came on today just to catch up with a few of my Aussie mates I have met on the board and I have to admit I was quite taken back when I read that you had posted a thread yourself.
I must thank you not just for your music, your talent, etc but for giving me back a piece of me that had been gone for years. The friends I've met on this site because of you. I'm glad you have taken the time to come and have a look.
What myself and my friends on the Aussie thread would like to know is;
Are you and the Lovehammers going to come to Australia?
Australia really is a beautiful country and I'm not just saying that cause I live here. The Lovehammers have a huge following over here and if you get time perhaps you can go to our thread and have a read, you will see that us Aussie are really friendly and caring people.
We all are looking forward to seeing you here in Australia in 2006. Take care,
Lots of love
Debbie (Brisbane, Australia)
