I was thinking the same thing and about to comment on it. I noticed that at the Memphis in May Festival. There was a huge diversity in music offered there, and once the Lovehammers were done playing (which was the beginning of the festival) everybody scattered in different directions. Obviously, we ran into each other at other concerts throughout the weekend, but listening to others talk about what shows they were going to catch made me realize how different our tastes were outside of Lovehammers. Interesting.................

That is interesting ... LH must capture something in many of us that other bands or performers just don't hook into. I think part of it is a quality that is missing from so many of this year's RS performers: I don't get that they are singing from the "gut" week after week like Marty did. And I don't think they really are into connecting with an audience the way Marty is. He doesn't strike me as someone whose ego is driving his performances.

I'm ready to see Dilana and Storm go ... too bad, because they both have powerful voices. But to me, Dilana is one dimensional and Storm is trying too hard.

I just have to add a comment. This whole season TL and Jason are talking about the rockers showing them that they can get down and rock--get heavy. Tommy tells Patrice that they could dirty down her "It's a beautiful thing" song and them we see two SN songs and one has the "leave the lights on and cameras" the other a lot of "ho ho hum hum." Did either of these songs sound heavy or dirty rock to anyone? Just asking--because I'm just not hearing it.

Do they even know what they want or what kind of album they are putting out? ;D ;D ;D ;D

(No offense to anyone who likes the songs that SN has performed so far. Just my observation.)

Actually, I agree CJ. One of the reasons I liked the one with Toby is because I think it's kind of "catchy." Not what they would be seeming to tell the rockers, you're right.

I think this is the case. They have no clue what they want.
It is often hilarious to hear T.Lee comments after contestants´ performances, for example "why didn´t you play on the gitar or why did you? " make up your mind man.

These SN songs that we have heard are not heavy metal stuff (as for ho ho hum hum) so I was surprised when they told Patrice that her song was too happy for SN.

lol........jilly.....I should have clarified........Storm reminds me of Lindsay because of her looks.........not her voice.........Storm is a powerhouse but just not right for SN in my mind...........

I think Dilana should go before Storm but I just don't think that will happen...........
