OMG, I really laughed during this episode.

I am disliking Dilana more and more. She went from having little self confidence to being totally vain.

Magni, still nicest guy on earth -- he always seems to be helping everyone. Now if he could just, as Jason would say, BRING IT. I think he wants to do a Marty --go back to his band albeit with more exposure and a record deal. He needs to work on the charisma tho.

Ryan I am digging more and more -- "I have never hit a girl in my life and I'm not going to start now." teehee. His original, however, seems to sound a lot like the songs he sang in the first few weeks. We shall see.

Storm is confusing me.

I dread hearing Patrice's song.

BTW, Storm and Ryan were both right --Supernova's song does suck. And if the SOlid Gold Dancers we were subjected to last week are part of the package, they should run as fast as they can in the opposite direction.

Watching the reality epidose after seeing the taping yesterday was interesting...

Dilana really let loose on everyone (especially Lukas) during the interviews - I don't think that SN will like that, but I'm sure that she will do some major butt kissing to make it all better.

She'd better watch out around Lukas - because he seems like the type who might enjoy a little revenge

Absolutely. I felt like I was watching The Addams Family meets Cher. What's next? A smoke machine and trapezes? Or maybe a laser light show? Oh wait, I think we had that last year ... (/snark)

Just watched the reality show. The more I see of Dilana, the less I like her. And, much to my surprise, the more I see of Ryan, the more I like him.

Ok.. I'm going to say my thoughts here. What are you going to do if I'm out of line? I'm a mod for this section. Now Amy and Cindy.. I fear them greatly, but I'm hoping I've got some "welcome back" goodwill left.

Toby-Will probably blow the roof off the concert tomorrow. His rehearsal gave me tingles.
Ryan-SN will love him, I will not.
Magni-Bless his heart, he's either poised for greatness or he's going to suck.
Dilana-As goes the way of all epics, the sure fire front runner is beginning to self destruct.
Storm-Her first singing of the song she chose gave me the bad kind of chills. She could possibly pull it together.
Lukas-Ah.. I don't really care enough about him to pay attention.
Patrice-I wrote her off a couple of weeks ago. (I'm still upset over her massacre of a Jeff Buckley song)



I know I shall probably live to regret these predictions, but oh well. At least I took the risk, unlike the rockers who won't stand up and fight for original songs. But man is Toby more manipulative than I would have thought!

predictions:

magni: will not Bring it and will use the Flu excuse

ryan: will sound like he did in weeks 1,2,3,4, during his Springsteen impression days. Band will like him, I won't.

patrice: will suck again

Storm: like Jordis, will find that Aerosmith cannot be sung by anyone but Steben Tyler

Dilana: it will all bite her in the butt his week. Predict that she will try to do something like she did with Ring of Fire but will fail

Lukas: dunno what he's sinigng, but it'll be a good performance and Jason N will say he needs to stop constricting his instrumemnt (is THAT what they're calling it these days?)

Toby: He so needs to be in a boy band. He'll doa good job with Layla, but I don't care.

Now I am as brave as DG!

Glad I popped on here to get somewhat of an update...for some reason the reality episode wasn't on here in Ontario last night...no idea why!

It seems a few people couldn't see the reality episode this week, so I am posting the recap I wrote for Klly. I think I covered most of the bases...

1. Everyone toasts Zayra and says she was the most fun person in the house.
2. Everyone toasts Dilana for being first to fron SN yadda yadda.
3. Press junket is set up at the Mansion with radio, mag and TV interivews. The radio chick is especially nasty to everyone and tries to get rockers to say mean things about each other. Dilana doesn't stop mouthing off about other rockers (Toby and Magni not serious, Patrice should be gone, Lukas pain in the butt...) Jason N wanders around listening in on interviews to see how they are handling it.
4. Song selection. 2 originals up for grabs. 5 rockers really want them and all threaten to go to mats. Storm says she'll box for it -- Ryan says he won't hit a girl. Upshot is that Patrice and Ryan get originals. Dilana wants Every Breath You Take. Toby says he does too and makes her run around the pool naked to get the song as he did last week. He didn't really want the song, but gets his revenge.
5. Toby with Layla, Storm takes Crying by Aerosmith cause no one else can sing it, Magni has Nirvana's Smells Like Teen Spirit, but has flu and rehearsal quite bad. Ryan's original about doing it in the backseat of a car when the world is ending -- he micromanages House Band and even tells them what "moves" to make on stage. Dilana trying to use her falsetto but can't reach the notes. Lukas and Toby thought it was a dog howling. Toby says, "She's turning into Jill."

Hey chk, great review of the reality portion of the show. I saw it, and you hit the nail on the head. The thing i don't understand is, on tonight's show, why didn't they say ANYTHING about Dilana being a huge witch (not to mention totally unprofessional) while doing the press interviews. I mean, that would seem rather big to me. She should have been NAILED for that, and yet nothing was mentioned on the show. I mean, if they've decided she's 'the one' then why would they even show it on the web? It doesn't make sense.... Does anyone know if they talked about this during the filming of tonight's show, but edited out?

I thought Magni, Toby, and Storm rocked the house. Not really thrilled with the other performances. I don't understand why they love Lukas so much. I can't understand half the stuff he says. and although Ryan was really into his song and i thought it was a great performance...he always has that scowl on his face...it's so distracting to me....what's up with that?

What did everyone else think?
