Sounds like you don't receive a pic unless you follow-up on it. I just received my cd yesterday. Did anyone else get a weird compilation cd along with their LH cd? I wonder if that was my consolation prize.  |

I received an email from FYE about the autographed picture and this is what they said: Thank you for your email. Needless to say we were very sorry to learn that you
did not receive your promotional 8 x 10 autographed picture of the band.
This will be forwarded to you as soon as possible, and we apologize for the
delay and inconvenience you encountered.I got the same letter today for one purchase, we will see if I get another regarding the other purchase I made. No Chitowngirl, no weird compliations here. I will post if I ever actually get a picture. Sharon I'm kinda wondering if anyone got a picture?  |

Ok, I emailed FYE and told them I never got the autographed pic. They replied saying they will send one out. I'm really wondering if anyone got their pic. Anyone?

Me too. But I did order my cd much later than many of you. We know it can't be a scam as we saw pics of Marty signing those darn photos!  |

exactly!!! And there's a huge stack of them just for us...so where are they??? Probably buried on some dude's desk at FYE  I ordered mine in January too...I'm going to email them today. |

Exactly! I would think it was a big scam if it weren't for that photo and the one of Dino and Bobby, too. Love the Bobby pic of him signing them.  I'm not gonna be happy until it's in my hands though! |

To anyone who ordered through FYE
I sent another e-mail and received word that the photo is no longer available.
Did anyone out there actually receive a photo?
I am starting to think this was a scam and I am very unhappy with FYE.
If you are in the same boat as me, send an e-mail stating so.
These companies should not be able to jerk us around like this.

My best friend, Pam, and I ordered from FYE way back in January and about two weeks ago after I had complained twice, they assured me the photo would be going out.... yeah, right! We have never received them....

I'm in the same boat - ordered in January and have been given the run-around and I'm really unhappy right now. I was suspicious that all of us got the same - 'we'll mail you another one right away' e-mail. What a scam!  Not one person has received one!?! |

Well I wrote them again last night. This time I decided not to mince my words. I told them I felt I had been scammed. That I had place my order 3 days after the CD came out and had not even received a reasonable response from my 1st email of concern. The email that came after I 1st placed my order talked about caring about my shopping experience and them wanting me to be satisified. I told them I was not satisified and felt I had a very bad shopping experience with fye. I have since received the standard response email 'we got you email and are looking into your problem' I thought to myself blah blah blah. I will post if anything else comes from them. Needless to say I am skeptical because nothing came from the 1st time I wrote them and nobody here seems to have faired any better. sheeeech |

I also ordered CD very early on, never got picture, emailed them, was told they would send it again, that was a few weeks ago..still nothing...I will email them again. Doesn't sound good.

I can tell you from a business point of view what to do - dispute the charge with your credit card company.
Call your CC company (toll-free number on the back of your card) and let them know that your order was received incomplete. They'll send you paperwork to dispute the charge.
