Well now..........well well well.........lol Trees is just being nice.........it really blows........the quality sucks and I am off key......lol Anyways........take the crappy mic and pc into consideration.........plus the less than adequate voice........and yeah Trees........I am holding back.......... Y'no....I could have used a recording studio but I chose not to.......i wanted to see if I could do it without any really fancy gadgetry.......and enhancements....... And no, I chickened out on doing a submission. I know, 30 lashes with a wet noodle. Look I'd already had to learn new stuff for the "Rain On The Brain" video and I just wasn't ready to do the karaoke. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

it's all in fun, y'know. And I'm sure if there is a thought that all submissions would get posted, and you don't want yours up, you can "just say no."
LOL! Stil! A pc and a prayer! Good luck to you! My youngest and I enjoyed it, tho! I especially liked your voice in the lower registers of the song, but I bet if we were on a .org camping weekend there'd be chants of "STIL, STIL, sing us Trees" round the campfire!
AND of course "ROCKBEAST, ROCKBEAST"!

I WAS sitting around the campfire in August singing songs.........the same week as the Lee's Palace show in T.O.......if we hadn't gone away we would have been there.......
Y'no........Marty has a very unique voice.......that is very difficult to emulate............that's what makes him so great..........
Trees is one of the more difficult songs on the cd to sing.........I think I would've done better with The Riddle.......or Clouds.
Maybe we can do it again for another show with a different song.......like Casualty or Rain on the Brain.........

...you know perhaps the key to this is to not try and emulate Marty but to sing it in your own voice.
I didn't have a choice...no way I can sing in Marty's voice...so I sang it palari style.
Yeah its Marty's song... but when I sing it...its mine.
